Sahara spray
NAME OF PRODUCT: SAHARA SPRAY WATER-REPELLENT
CLASSIFICATION: Polytetrafluoroethylene solution in propellent vehicle.
PRIMARY SOLVENT: Dimetylether hydroalkane mixture.
TOXICITY: No degree of toxicity above permitted values has been found. Nevertheless we recommend avoiding inhaling the vapours over a long period of time as well as contact with the skin and eyes.
PRECAUTIONS: Transport: in the event of accidental leakage from the recipients, plug and absorb with inert materials. In the event of fire, spray the containers exposed to the source of heat with water and use appropriate means of protection, avoiding inhaling any combustion products. COMBUSTION PRODUCTS: carbon monoxide, acid vapours. Use: in the event of accidental contact with the skin or eyes, rinse the part thoroughly with running water. If necessary consult a doctor. The recipient is pressurised. Protect from the rays of the sun and do not expose to temperatures higher than 50°C.. Do not puncture or burn the canister even after use. Do not spray onto a flame or incandescent surface.
USE: Water-repellent treatment for skins and porous surfaces in general.
METHOD OF USE: Spray the product onto clean and welldried surfaces, holding the canister about twenty centimetres from the surface to be treated. Leave to dry for 6/8 hours for total polymerisation of the product. Remove any residue with a brush. Repeat the operation when the water-repellent effect begins to wear off.
PACKAGING: Aluminium spray canisters containing 100 ml. each. THE CANISTERS CONTAIN NEW TYPES OF GAS WHICH ARE NOT CONSIDERED DAMAGING TO THE OZONE LAYER.
PACKING: Cardboard boxes containg 24 items each.
STORAGE: Can be kept for long periods in a cool, dry place.
